Trip Deposit Acknowledgment of Responsibility

By submitting this registration form and deposit, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions related to participation in a Path trip:

1. Nonrefundable Deposit: I understand that a per participant nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of registration to secure my/our place on the trip. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of participation but will not be refunded under any circumstances.

2. Trip Cancellation and Changes:
– I understand that major cancellations or changes made by me/us after registration may result in nonrefundable reservations or deposits incurred by PathLight being added to the cost of trip fees. Major cancellations or changes include, but are not limited to: adding or removing participants, changing trip dates, changing site visit or service project details, etc.
– If PathLight must cancel or reschedule the trip due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to weather, political unrest, health advisories, or other events beyond their control), I acknowledge that PathLight will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative trip date or apply funds to a future trip, but refunds (including deposits) are not guaranteed.

3. Special Requests and Accommodations: I understand that any special requests (such as dietary needs, medical accommodations, housing preferences, or service project locations) will be considered and reasonably accommodated to the best of the PathLight’s ability and resources. However, I acknowledge that not all requests can be guaranteed.

4. Assumption of Responsibility: I acknowledge that participating in Path trips involves advanced planning and coordination. I agree to respond to requests for additional details or questions from the Path team in a timely manner, and to work closely with my group (if applicable) to complete all necessary predeparture requirements as requested.
