Na’Zyia

Student Detail: Na’Zyia lives at home with her mom, dad and one sibling in Hattieville, Belize which is on the outskirts of Belize City.   

Student Quote: Na’Zyia hopes to remain a positive citizen of Belize. Her favorite quote: “When you have a dream, you’ve got to grab it and never let it go!”

Na’Zyia thanks God for her hardworking parents who go above and beyond for her and her sister to ensure they have everything they need in life. However, sending her to high school would be a challenge without the help of PathLight. Na’Zyia wants to become a Family Law Attorney because she wants to be able to advise families on their legal rights and to represent the marginalized so that they can have a better chance of receiving justice.
